Ricky Wysocki
Ricky dreamed of being a Major League Baseball player, and who can blame a kid who made it to the Little League World Series with his childhood friends? After finding Disc Golf, his athletic aspirations shifted. In 2011, at just 18 years old, Ricky decided to try his luck and skills at his very first PDGA Major Tournament. He asked his dad to caddy for him, and he not only went on to win his first Major tournament, he would go on to be voted Rookie of the Year. Ricky is now a 2 Time World Champion and has totaled 117 wins in his career. Ricky has won 33% of the events he has played in over his 12 year career and has finished in the Top Ten in 91% of those events. He is the epitome of consistency. Ricky contracted Lyme’s Disease in 2019, and this would be the end of the story for almost anyone, but not him. Ricky is now dedicated to living a health centered, all natural life more so than ever to combat the ongoing effects of Lyme’s Disease. With his 11 tournament wins since 2019, Ricky is still considered the best the Disc Golf world has to offer, and he has no plans on letting anything slow him down.
